Brake, fuel and clutch lines ?

Hopefully an easy one for all you clever bods out there.
As some of you may know, I'm just about to start the rebuild of my 1993 430 and was looking to replace all of said pipes.

My question is 3 fold,
Q1, what size do I need for fuel (hard and soft) pipes, brake lines and clutch pipe ?
Q2, what length do I need of each ?
Q3, does anyone have a webby link to where I could buy a kit for each to make it simples ?

Hard fuel lines are 8mm microbore copper and rubber lines are 8 mm inside diameter.
I bought 10 metres of copper pipe from wickes for £18 and the unleaded hose from an ebay supplier.
Make sure you go for the correct fuel hose clips rather than jubilee clips, i also hate seeing cable ties everywhere so would go for some stainless rubber lined clips for fixing to the chassis.

Brake lines will be 3/16 and far easier if you intend to form and flare yourself if you go for copper.
Not sure on the clutch lines as ive not looked at them.

From what you've said I take it that on the copper lines it's the outside diameter that you buy to ?

They supply all types of copper and copper-nickel tubing, brass fittings and all different brake flaring tools.

I contacted them in 2009 and they could make a brake pipe kit for the Chimaera for 49.26 plus vat. Interesting to see to see what todays price would be.

Give them a call, they know all about TVR as they use to make the originals many years ago.

The Chimaera brake kit was part no. GB6440.

Im sure you will be able to send to them all the old pipes, and get a new identical set, complete with all the correct fittings.
