how to get rear spoiler down on 2003 boxster

My sister has just turned up in a 2003 boxster.after parking up she is concerned that the rear spoiler has not gone down automatically.
I know she can RTFM but I want to show her the power of PH. Thanks in advance

If the warning light is on the spoiler may not go down with the button.

There was no warning light. Will ask if it worked
