Have made a late decision to stay Sunday night now. Does the tram run on Sunday and does anyone know of a decent restaurant in town that is open on a Sunday night? We ate at La Baraque au Boeuf on Friday which was great but closed on a Sunday. Many thanks.

From experience the town is pretty dead on the Sunday, trip advisor is probably a good bet.

From the nearly 3 weeks I've been here I can help.

The Mexican (El Tequito) on the hill into town from the river is excellent
And la Tagliatelle is amazing, loads of choice and very good wine.

If on a campsite make sure someone is watching your stuff. Security is massively reduced and gypsys will be ferreting

Absolutely! The very reason why in previous years on Houx we have always left Sunday. This year we are in Airtrack with its own security so thought we'd make the most of it!

Find somewhere on the n138 north of Le. Mans and watch the interesting and varied traffic coming through!

Come to Expo and join us. For Sunday dinner tonight we have Beef and Tomato pot noodles, bread sticks, hula hoop crisps (variety pack), amaretto biscuits, out of date toffee cake, Amaretto and coke and beer. Lots of beer.

We went into Arnage on Sunday evening and most of the restaurants were open (and busy). They are mainly "hamburger/frites", but we ate in Restaurant 70, and it was pretty good.

We went to Hotel De France and had some beers, parked with lots of nice motors and met Derek Bell. Will be doing the same next year that's for sure.
