Access Help Needed.

Hi all, I have a simple database I'm using to schedule forthcoming flights etc, each field is either blank or says definate or possible and is divided into columns by month. Now it's getting fairly big, is there any way for me to produce a report that just shows me the number of times that definate or possible occurs within each column?

If anyone could knows it would help preserve my sanity

Is it a NULL field or just empty?

You could filter the report based on a query using IS NOT NULL on the desired column.
