I need to return an item to an eBay seller, and when I used the 'print postage label' button it printed out a label which said 'Tracked 24' on it.

Trying to work out what this would cost it seems this is for account holders only. So eBay must be picking up the tab (it says Postage on Account GB). But I'm not clear if eBay will then charge me, and if so, how much it will cost. Any guidance please?

what's the reason for return, not required and nothing wrong with it or not as described or faulty ?

If its the former you will pay if its the latter eBay will bill the seller.

The automatic label says 'Return reason: It doesn't match the listing' - so maybe it's free to me?

I contacted the seller twice to see if he could swap it but he doesn't answer messages...
