Audi order tracker not working.

Has anyone managed to get a result from the order tracker?

I've been trying for about a week and get nowhere - the dealer who took the order said it was down and they didn't know when it would be back up but would have thought that a quicker fix shouldn't be beyond VAG's ability. :/

Yes, I'm using it and have been for a number of weeks. Checked mine this morning and overnight my order has gone from assembly to quality control. Just register for "your Audi" , you need your order number and that's it.

Has never worked for me, for some reason. For some reason it doesn't recognize the combination of postcode and order number. I'm having to track mine the old-fashioned way.

I have registered and then put in my order number (and post code) but it just doesn't recognise it, asking for re-entry of the same. Are you using the "my audi" site?

What's the "old fashioned way"? Presume phoning the dealer / customer services but where's the fun in that???

"YourAudi" as opposed to "MyAudi". And yes, the old-fashioned way involves speaking to human beans.

i can only guess that if you have ta valid order number (mine is 8 numbers starting with a 2) then it must be the postcode that is causing the problem. I wish I could remember what i put in for mine but I think it was my home postcode, if not then it would have been the dealer postcode off the order sheet.

that was the website I used - still doesn't work. I've tried the dealer's postcode and the lease company's - nothing doing!

I'll try again in a day or two...
