Swollen feet & ankles

No - I'm NOT pregnant!

About twice a week my feet & ankles swell, and it hurts to walk in my Achiles tendon.

There's no rhyme nor reason for this, no pattern

Do I need to see a Dr?

Wear lower high heels?

It happens if I'm in heels or flats or bare feet

Whether I'm active or not

But only at work, it doens't happen at home

I had something similar a while back, kind of comes on for a day or two, resulting in lots of limping ?

Kept flaring up but touch wood not had it for a while, never did find the cause, Diclofenac helped as did ice packs, I went to the docs and he just gave me the pain killers, think it was Tendonitis.
