How heavy is the 996 C2 3.4l manual transmission

About to drop the gearbox from my 996 to fit a LWFW and different clutch. Just wondered if I'll be able to lift and steady the gearbox/diff from the stand by myself or do I need a mate to help out; the six P's and all that 
On other cars I've worked on in the past a diff would be 30-40kg and a gearbox 30-60kg. When combined I guess that makes it no longer a one man lift.
