What's New crashes IE9 every time
Discussion
At the risk of talking to myself, the 3/12/24/72 options still work, albeit very slowly, but what's new doesn't. My understanding is the later is user specific but the former aren't
Some one less cynical might suggest a fix for the login issues has borked something else.
FYI, the login fix hasn't worked either...

If it's an consolation, the main page (for example the Lambo news article) just causes Safari on my iPhone 6 to freeze and I have to restart it and quickly close the page before it can load and freeze again.
Does the same from within Facebook (probably uses Safari under the hood.
I'm pretty bored of the technical issues here, I already use it much less now.

I assume no one is replying due to the bemusement that you are still running IE9 on Windows 7. The only sensible answer is to upgrade to IE11. You will have to in January anyway when only the latest browser available on each operating system will be supported.
If you still have problems with IE11 then you'll probably find more people available to offer help.

I was waiting for the old it's your fault, your using and old browser line.
Talk to my corporate IT department. We were only upgraded to Win 7 last year.
To be fair to the Admins, they have to try keep up with all the latest browser versions and also attempt to keep things compatible with earlier versions.Talk to my corporate IT department. We were only upgraded to Win 7 last year.
Try compatibility mode in IE if you have not done so already
Still doesn't work. I have fixed it, sort of. I found Google Chrome on the IT Help intranet site, so I have installed that for PH browsing, which also means I now have adblock at work. Bonus.
Note to PH tech team, had you investigated this, I might still have been on IE 9, which means I'd be able to see adverts. In ignoring it you forced me to investigate other options, as a result all your adverts are now being blocked.

Sorry, have been away from the site for a while and just getting back... will look into why no-one has picked this up in the meantime.
What's New doesn't do anything special, so it is weird it crashes your IE9 Browser, we do still support IE9 for the moment - though it is only 1.7% of all sessions, so may soon not be cost effective to do so.
