Hi, i've noticed lots of lenders won't lend on freehold flats for B2L....in scotland most flats are feuhold which according to tinternet is closest to the english freehold....so does that make it very difficult to get a B2L mortgage on a scottish flat?

cheers

Have you clarified if they will actually lend on a Scottish BTL flat?
