993 "Carrera RS" badge positioning help please.
Discussion
Guys,
I need to reapply the badge on the engine cover of my 993 RS. I am going to get the body shop to do it as I am too chicken.
Anyway, I need to know exactly where to put it. Obviously the badge (actually 2 separate badges) says "Carrera RS". My car has the Clubsport wings, so maybe this affects things compared to the Comfort model's wings? I was hoping someone with a Clubsport rear wing could do a little measuring and tell me where to place the badge, ie how far above the reflector strip to put it, and also, how far apart to put the "Carrera" and "RS" stickers. And maybe someone has a relevent photo?
All help appreciated.

I know this isnt precise science but if u hold it up it centers pretty well left to right , and there isnt that much room North /South to plonk it............failing this, there is an RS owners book describing the rs ,clubsport or RSR and detail photographs .................it actually comes from Porsche and has a parts number , its in the form of a ring file .............useful to have for any tech details , if u cant get it from an OPC i ll look up the number and post it here .

Thanks vic. I would be grateful if you could get me the part number for the manual.

I bought the book Vic mentions from Gert at www.carnewal.com. Nice bloke, top service etc. Just tell him you're after the 993RS technical manual - he'll know which one you mean.
