So what is the real story with these?

I read you cannot sell on....only back to Ferrari in the first x years. Unenforceable or just part of the myth?

Actually less than I thought one would be........

I think they can stop whoever bought the car in the first place, from being invited to buy any more limited editions

Advert says its done 931 miles but was last serviced at 1,500 miles (?) and that its had new bodywork...............?

Are Laffers due a service at 1,500 miles, in which case it could have had this service done early?

Did they mean to say bodywork is 'as new'?

Amazes me when a dealer is selling cars at this level and can't even write an accurate advert.

................ but if it has had 'new bodywork' then its obviously had an interesting start to life.

How much would they be asking for a Laffer with 'original bodywork'?

I would imagine that a few of these have sold under the radar so to speak, either before delivery or after. Same with the 918 and P1

A document is issued, unlikely to be enforceable. From what I understand it's a ROFR not a last look. Ie you offer to F for 2m, they say no, you can do whatever you want provided don't sell below 2m. As opposed to you agree a sale at 2m, you then have to offer it to F at 2m, only if they say no, can you sell at precisely 2m.

Only enforceable by F suing the person for loss - F don't retain an ownership interest in the car so cant prevent a sale, just sue for loss (subject to Italian law of damages).

Of course you may become a member of the naughty boy list so no future limited edition F cars, but for 100% profit in ~ 1 year, who cares.

Yesterday it was actually listed at the full £2.3m as opposed to excluding VAT from the price.

This dealer is the biggest load of BS.

Most likely doesn't exist and up there to get some free advertising.
