Three TVR S Series succeed at Battle of Waterloo
Discussion
Exactly 200 years ago today, Napoleon's French armies were vanquished at this famous battle, and Joe thought it would be a good idea to commemorate the occasion by fearlessly leading us to the site of the famous conflict.

While Joe paid a fortune for the privilege of dashing up some 275 or so steps to the summit of the Lion Mound and punch the air in a victory salute, Alan & I had a mooch about in the potato & beet fields of battle digging up such relics as a French Legionnaire's hat ( it may or may not have been a NYY baseball cap, also a 200year old soldier's plastic drinks bottle ( it was obviously very old, because it had turned almost opaque through two centuries of UV exposure, and finally a mangled piece of battlefield galvanised bucket handle. Awesome!
I'm sure they would complement any contemporary museum display.
ETA: I'm impressed by the way Joe managed to part the clouds like that, maybe some alien assistance?
.....and I can't help noticing that patch of blue sky looks like something out of Ghostbusters!

Only one was fearless - the other two kept their roof on

We make no apologies Chris

Two roofs were erected upon arrival as a security measure. ( One was quicker to go up than the other
) The cars were left unattended for a while and we didn't want stuff getting nicked - especially my Crazy Frog Annoying Thing mascot. The roofs were removed prior to our continuing on our journey. Well, Joe's was just folded back in a matter of seconds.

Gotta hand it to him, it works well
