FORD RS MEXICO REAR SPOILER

Greetings everyone. Those of you who know the Mk2 Escort RS Mexico rear spoiler intimately, will know that it can gradually deteriorate over time in the wet/sun etc. So, my question is please, what is the best treatment to put on it to help preserve and make it look good ? I have had Linceed Oil, Tyrewall Black (spray on) and Black Boot Polish suggested.

What do you think folks please?
