LG blueray player stopped playing blue ray

About 3 years ago upgraded our home cinema system all LG, TV, speakers blue ray player, just recently it spits out blue ray discs showing error, but still plays most non blue ray discs, it'd driving us nuts, all updates are done and have put a cleaner through with no effect

Any ideas, also if we need to change the blue ray player, won't buy LG again, been a pain, can we just plug another player in that will still run through he TV and speakers as all the wires are under the carpet
