The Mrs has a question I cannot answer but I sure someone here will have the solution...

Her new company has been offered free advertising in a nationwide trade mag. The advert come press release has been generated in MS Publisher 2003 but the mag want MAC Commericial Printing Systems format. They say they cannot do the conversion.

Any ideas how this can be done ??

TIA

I've just checked and Publisher 2003 can save to Postscript format, which should be readable by any publishing suite.

You need to set up publisher to print to the "generic colour PS for commercial printing" driver. Make sure its set to CMYK. This will make a postscript file that Acrobat distiller can create a PDF from. If you dont have distiller, send me a message and i'll help you out.
