If anyone lives nearby might be worth a look! I went last year as it was very close to where we lived. Has some lovely cars there and most of them had no crowds round them. The Countach and yellow 458 had big grounds but nobody was looking at the C Type or 288 GTO.........

I stopped by too...the LaF wasn't there when I was there but a couple of cars did show up when I was there too. The White 918 was actually parked in a side street ?
Gulf Porsche was utterly stunning, as was the black on black 288 GTO, the blue DB4 GT, Muira, Gullwing, Bentley Blower, 250 California etc etc!
Amazing how close you can get to the cars.

Completely oblivious to this but it probably explains the number of lovely classics that drive through Hampstead yesterday afternoon. Many more than usual.
There was also an art fair up at the boating pond and I noticed some old Jags including an XKSS.
Explains why I saw a blue DB4 GT passing through East Finchley yesterday as well as a white 993 RS (as per the pic above). I nearly spilt my pint! There was also an art fair up at the boating pond and I noticed some old Jags including an XKSS.
Looks like a good event. Must take a gander next year....

The cars this year were definitely better than last year. Fiskens had an XK120 amongst others there....low point was the Cadilac Escalade that Clive Sutton has there. Which probably sums St John's Wood up....a few people with loads of money but also load of taste and plenty with loads of money and no taste at all!

Yes they did start it Ken, sounded awesome !!
I bet.Was that one of your bronze 120 in the picture?
I bet that sounded great in the tight confines of high street with all the plate glass to bounce the noise off and act as a sound board. I'm not sure why it's the case but 120s always seem to sound better than 150s. There was a nice FHC at the JDC meeting last week and its sounds so much more raucous than my 150 even though I'm running straight through 2" exhausts and a lairy exhaust cam.
