Looking forward to TVR ownership P9 AJP

After a few weeks of searching I was fortunate to be contacted by Mark the owner of P9 AJP via Pistonheads, in reply to my previous post 'struggling to find a Cerbera...'
After a few emails I met Mark tonight and struck a deal on his lovely 4.2 Cerb - really nice guy to deal with too.
A lovely honest car with mountains of history and in excellent order thanks to Mark's 'if it needs fixing then do it' attitude to any issues he's encountered. And the sound under acceleration........... well just unbelievable
Roll on next week when I pick it up !!

Glad you enjoyed it, it does sound awesome doesn't it. Today I'm starting the hunt for something suitable to replace it with, but I know nothing is going to compare to that noise, and the shotgun like pops and bangs it likes to make to scare pedestrians. Likewise, I thought i had the only one.. I've got some great photo's of mine at Blyton Park but they are all above the size limit for uploading hence the small rubbish photo, i'll try and work out how to re-size them and put a couple up. Does anyone know what the colour is actually called? I've heard BMW Violet from the dealer I bought it from but not sure myself

Colour looks better when the sun is shining - obviously it's the fastest colour too ??
Not sure if its the fastest colour
I actually think the fastest Cerbera is determined by the nut behind the wheel not the colour. Mines Highland Pearl with 450hp but it is far far faster than I ever could be...........
