Caliper refurb?

I think I need to get my front calipers refurb'd, I have some corrosion on the N/S/F that is making one of the pads a bit sticky where it should slide more freely, I think this is causing brake squeal. Anyone had this done, recommendations? or should I be looking to replace them?

Godspeed are good guys, we deal with each other a lot, bought my stainless Pistons from them.
