Email member not working?

Has anyone else had an issue emailing a member using the link in their profile? I'm trying to give away a ticket to a member he's messaged me I've messaged him but neither of us have received a message. I have checked my spam folder but nothing in there either? Last time I know it was working was around 3-4 weeks ago.

Wasn't working yesterday, I've raised it for techies to fix.
