Help with joystick Mad Catz FLY5

Hey guys,
Need a bit of joystick advice.
My FLY 5 seems to be having an issue with the throttle and pitch axis. When the throttle is zero on the stick, windows and games still detect 20% of input, likewise the pitch axis twitches up and down regardless of the deadzone which makes flying hard
I have tried calibrating it which works for a bit then it reverts back to the above.
