What do you mean by that please ?

That it looks exactly like a ton of uneventful spin ending with car flying into the inside wall crashes that I have seen over the years as a result of ABS. If there had been no ABS the car would have just slid down the track with the 4 wheels locked and stopped.
The spin would have still occurred, but the outcome would have been less expensive.

Not even the unquestionably large talent of the driver could do anything there when faced with wheels that are being told that gaining traction is the prime directive.

(I assume you meant the above, rather than a list of the reasons why I decided to use no ABS on my own car?)

Yes Fioran0, that's what I meant. I thought ABS only worked while going straigh ahead, not sideways ?

Here's a similiar one from inside my 993 RSR in a race at Spa, and my car has Porsche Motorsport ABS as standard, yet I did not suffer the same fate.

Do any current cars allow you to switch the ABS off?

Many Audi models of the late '80's & 90's had this feature - I don't know if they still do?

...otherwise is there a fuse whcih can pulled so that the ABS pump is deactivated?
