...and Boulangerie spuds.

Doing this next weekend and need ideas for veggies to go along with it.

Wss thinking maybe some glazed Carrots and maybe roasted mixed veggies/peppers ?

The peppers sound a good idea, I like to do roasted mediterranean veg with lamb- so add courgette, red onion, squash etc to the peppers and season/ herb up to your taste with olive oil. I don't think it works so well with other meats but that's just me.

Was well worth the wait. Not hard to do and sloW cooking is always a good method IMHO.

Looks great.

Although I find him annoying to listen to he certainly knows how to create great recipes.
