ML goes back on Tuesday

After nearly 3 years with this ML and 10 years with MB I'm changing to a BMW (sorry!).
I've really enjoyed my ML and wanted to downsize. To be honest, I was disappointed with the sales guys. They didn't seem that keen to try and keep me in a MB and some of them had very little knowledge of the cars in their range and what was coming. For example, a number of them knew nothing about the GLC and one of them even argued with me that no such car was coming to the UK. Maybe he should have a look at the MB website!
The financing deals are just not as good as what they were either.
