My new Cerbera!
Discussion
I finally picked up my newly purchased Cerbera from James Agger Autosport last week and I couldn't be happier. The car is such an event to drive and despite being a rare thing - in that it had a totally standard exhaust system - it still sounds bloody gorgeous. And Christ is it quick! And mine is only the Speed Six.
James and his team have been great. He didn't want me to take the car until everything was done that he wanted to be done to the car but his bodyshop was a bit on the busy side so I managed to twist his arm to let me have it for a while until they were free.
The car was great for a family day out last Wednesday, despite the wonderful British summer rain. Then I took the car to the Supercar Driver Pizza Night at the Cadeby Inn near Doncaster where it received a warm welcome. It really is a pretty looking beast. I'm still shocked at how much smaller it is in real life than it looks in pictures.
Anyway, heres is a couple of pics from the Pizza Night.

And here in her new home.

Yep, Montecarlo R1 fitted in perfectly thanks. I managed to removed the Isofix base like you recommended to place the seat a bit lower down.

My little girl loves the Cerbera. Even when we'd got home she spent another hour in the car just climbing around in it from front to back over the transmission tunnel. It would appear to be like some sort of soft play area like you get in some pubs to her, which I can imagine its very similar with all that padded leather. I couldn't get her out!

Not sure she'll ever fall asleep in it, she seems to be too busy shouting 'faster faster' in the back and generally being excited. I sadly couldn't oblige much the other day as it was p***ing it down!
The Ferrari's used to send her to sleep though, so maybe when the newness has worn off it'll get her to nap again. We're currently going through the phase where she's refusing to nap!

Original lights plus 18" RLs is what makes for one Good Looking Cerb (and by implication one of the best looking cars ever produced). Shame mine has neither
Loads of "looking for cerb" and "look at my new cerb" threads recently. Seems that people are finally cottoning on to what the rest of us have known for years

Is that really your garage - looks better than my living room.
Yeah thats my garage. I smartened it up a few years ago with some lights, skirting boards, plastered walls TV and sofa. But its still a garage! Here's some pics with some of my past, present or borrowed cars.
My old 308 that I sold to buy the Cerbera

A XJ220 I borrowed that was sooo long it nearly block my line of view to the TV!

The Cerberas stable mate. Although the Cerb will prbably have to live outside.

Despite appearances, it is still a proper garage with oily bits!

Thank you! I also like those wheels because we have a lot of Potholes in Rotherham and sheffield. And as much I love the look of the spider wheels, I dont think they'd last long.

But as you say, Cerbs are definitely being noticed for how good they are and how bleedin rapid they are too! Must be the cheapest 'supercar' about. And by that I mean a proper supercar, not just some tweaked up saloon or a skyline. A supercar must look ridiculous yet stunning and go like stink. Which the Cerbera does and was one of the quickest cars about in it day! It sounds similar to a Lamborghini Diablo with ethe Speed Six engine!
I also think that with the TVR brand making a comeback, it'll be good for values. For those that dont own one yet, now is the time to buy as Cerbs and other TVR's before they rocket in value!

Lovely Cerbera mate and super garage (They are the perfect match). Nice to see someone else got their Cerb in the fastest colour
We might be opposites as I think the are fab as original but I must admit I'm definitely on the customise to suit/transmit ones personality whilst making the car even more formidable as much as possible.
Love the car seat I have the original one and am still trying to get James to let m purchase his impact cushion for it!
Enjoy all the fun times ahead mate.

Let me know if you want to go for a blast sometime as I'm in Doncaster.
I might even be able to talk Phil into bringing his along, ear plugs needed though
Yeah that would be great. She's currently back at James Aggers having some bodywork done do when I get her back I'll get in touch. Will be nice to see Phils again. Not heard him pass my house in it causing everything to shake for a while.I might even be able to talk Phil into bringing his along, ear plugs needed though

There appears to be a lot of David Jones's on Facebook. May be easier to find me on there, Jonty Wydell. Don't think there's many of those about. Gassing Station | Cerbera | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
