Electric Hand Forklift Battery Charger

Hi Guys,

Really need some advise. Our battery charger has packed in and looking for a recommended charger.
Any help at all would be great.

We have one of these:

It has a 24v Gel battery I believe.

I was thinking about getting this to charge it?

I may not be a forklift expert, or indeed an electrical genius but I'm pretty sure that a 12v charger will struggle to charge a 24v battery if indeed it works at all.

I know it's an obvious URL and I have no contact with this company whatsoever but their website certainly implies they are reasonably competent and if they can't help could probably point you in the right direction:

That looks like a suitable supplier.

For a 24V battery bank you most surely require a 24V charger.

The higher the current capability the faster it will charge the battery/s. As it's only a hand operated forklift I would of thought one of the smaller models will suit.

Match it to the current capacity of your dead charger.
