Potentially a stupid question re Tom tom SD card

I am looking for a Tom Tom SD card for a TomTom nav module that integrates with a Sony stereo.

There are loads of them on ebay, but lots are "Renault TT cards" or Ford TT cards.

I am guessing they will NOT work in a standard Tom tom unit, but thought I would check.

Anyone know?
