Spotted on M60/M61 Junction, around 4pm.
Lady driver with child in passenger seat. Looked great except roof up!
Anyone on here?

Calm down Mark - she's taken (her partner is an ex Wedger...). I directed her to this thread (not on PH) after seeking permission for posting - I took the photo when she bought the car and she's still in love with it...

I'm on the lookout for another Red Wedge after a guy missed out on the 390....

I won't make the Fest this year as I'm in A TVR Convoy at my local Carnival (first time as it always clashed with Griff Growl) - sorry!

I didn't know ladies liked owning/driving Wedges. I thought they prefered the MX5. She must be an exceptional lady. biggrin

Fantastic..Most women hate them...Don't worry i wasn't trying to suggest any shenanigans..Although if i were to meet a woman who drives a Wedge i would be made up...More the merrier at the fest mate!.

Well i extended out my hand to the Griffs, Inviting them to come as our guests..Went to all the trouble of ordering shirts with Griff guests on..Had a tug of war planned..Was trying to get traders who would benefit them..But now they have cancelled due to the lack of Griffs interested...And all i get is dirt kicked in my eyes...Good job i wear sunglasses and don't give a fk....hehe

Seriously mate no worries..Have fun at your carnival....Cheers...Ziga

PS: I might know of a very nice Blue Wedge coming up for grabs....

Thanks Chris - glad to have helped out.

My Wife loves to drive mine. last time she took it to work (Military Base) she parked it next to the base commanders "classic" merc just to upstage him hehe

I did insist she called me when she arrived in work though to make sure the Wedge was safe !!

Making progress smash - there was a little delay as builders found a 6m deep old well (with 4m of water in) right in the line of the new footings rolleyes ... if that's the only problem though I'll be happy.

I know mine is safe from my OH.
She has been in it once for about 5 minutes and absolutely hated it, too noisy, too uncomfortable and she said she was embarrassed to be in it.
Oh well at least no arguments as to who will go in it with me, my 10 year old loves it

My Mrs isn't too keen either. Neither does she ever drive it, but she does go for a drive in it with me driving. It's a delicate subject because she knows I love the Wedge. Therefore, she picks her words and sentences carefully when it comes to talking about the Wedge. If she wants to continue the visits to the hair dresser, buy more dresses when we already have two cupboards full, visit John Lewis, Debenhams and keep spending on cosmetics, she has to pick her words carefully. :-)
