Automatic enrolment pension

I have started the ball rolling on this but don't have to go live till Jully 2017. can I go live with it before then? for a business with only 4 employees is NEST the best one. Any other advice?

I'm not an expert in this area, but as far as I am aware until your staging date you cannot enrol an employee into a pension arrangement and deduct contributions from their salary without their agreement.

We went with The People's Pension rather than NEST. We do have 70 employees though, which may make a difference.
