Hi Guys,

Just wondering if anyone has made use of Stephen Burrage over the last few weeks?

I had sent him off a watch to be serviced, and was given a 3 - 4 week turnaround time. It's now been nearly 4 weeks, and I haven't heard a thing.

I've emailed twice asking for an update, and if everything is going to plan, but heard nothing back.

I've also tried to call twice, but had no answer.
I'm hoping he's away on holiday or something?

There is a thread on this very subject on TZ. I think he is on or going on holiday when he is he generally winds down the operation so as not to keep customers waiting
