As per the title does anyone own a Griff SE that lives in Essex that wouldn't mind meeting up to compare the Tuscan seat I have fitted with the cerb seat in the SE? I am still trying to decide between the Tuscan seat and the cerb seat, I have heard the cerb seat sits about 2cm higher than the standard seats which would mean I would struggle for headroom on trackdays wearing a helmet. It would be really useful to test the headroom in the SE Griff before I go to the effort of fitting the cerb seats to trial.

So far I have found with the Tuscan seats they are epic on trackdays when you take the cushion out, you are really wedged in. Great for spirited driving as well as I am not sliding around half as much and feel more in control of the car. Not finding them particularly comfortable on long journeys compared to the old leather armchairs than were in it before. Bolsters are a bit bendy. Cerb seats may be a worth a try, I have a pair in the loft but not worth wasting time fitting them if it is going to be a no go with the ride height.

I am 6 foot 2 and a half and my head just brushes the roof (top of the folding bit) in my SE. In a helmet I would struggle.

If I decide to keep the car long term the seat height is one of the things I would like to change.

I was looking at the cerb seats and wondering if there was a way to have a removable cushion like in the Tuscan seats. I will need to get them retrimmed anyway.
