Any Intemechanica cars in the UK?

Anybody know if there are any Intemechanica cars in the UK? Not the Porsche 365, Jag SS 100 or Kubelwagen replicas but an Italia or Indra?

Yes, building an engine for one now; just like that one in the picture (sorry, not up to speed on the models.) Think also Legends had one for sale maybe last year. Definitely some about.

That's good to know. A friend of mine is looking at importing an Italia (like the one in the picture) as a restoration project.

Thanks. I will pass that on to him. He is working in the US so inspection shouldn't be an issue. The link he sent me was to Gullwing so I think that's the one he is looking at.

Nearly completely off topic, but the gift shop at the Lakeland Motor Museum has a copy of the Intermeccanica book http://www.amazon.co.uk/Intermeccanica-The-Story-P... in their sale - ISTR it was maybe £12.99 or £14.99 or thereabouts - certainly less than 20 quid.
