Problems with VXR8 centre unit

I have noticed a couple of times when driving that when I've either turned on the radio or tried to turn on the air conditioning the screen in the centre unit just goes off, completely black. None of the buttons respond or work. Then it all comes back on again after several seconds. Has anyone else had this and what did they do to fix it

As per my reply on the other forum : Almost certainly just dirty contacts.

Pull the infotainment fascia off, clean contacts, pop it back on.
