Xbox One - Xbox 360 Backwards compatibility announced?

whilst looking at the fallout 4 stuff from another thread I noticed this:-

" At the same press conference, Microsoft announced that the Xbox One will be backward compatible with Xbox 360 games. About 20 games are already working, and the company plans to support 100 by this holiday season. "

Anyone know anything more about this, if it is true it might just be time to finally order an Xbox One!
