Interior trim

Hi all, I was looking at the trim in my V8VR and although it has the piano black ski slope I was looking at the other plastics/ door kick plates and was thinking how nice it would be if they all matched. I intend on painting them myself once I take a colour reading of the ski slope but wanted to know how hard it is to take things off like the door arms, centre panels etc. I imagine the one once closest to the arm rest is pretty easy but was more worried about the radio one and if anyone has done it . You can buy a manual on line for not very much. It's no Haynes production, but does have instructions.

IIRC, to do the radio panel you start at the back, releasing the shelf immediately behind the seats and then working towards the front.
