What to do when it stops raining...

...go for a dusk blast over the moors.
After a full week of the most miserable, drizzly, dark weather, it finally brightened up this afternoon.
Used Whitby moors road for a time before heading over to Castleton and a quick photo (which naturally, being me, turned out crap).
Roll on light nights.

Reminds me of the RAC Rally at Trentham Gardens, Stoke, years back.
As a keen photographer of Stig Blomqvist and friends, my joy turned to despair as every photo I took was developed to show just a crowd of people looking right and an empty track in front of me.
At least you got the front of the car on your photo.
