944 s2 camber settings

Can anyone translate this for me.

Front 0' +/-10', max difference l to r 20'
Rear -45 +/-20', max difference l to r 30'

I am looking to set my front camber, but I am used to decimal degrees. I understand the principle of degrees and minutes.

How I read it is that the front is set a 0 degrees(neural)with a tolerance of +/- 10 minutes (1/6th of a degree)?
Also don't really understand the - [max difference l to r 20'] bit, unless its for toe in?
