My son seems to have deleted the show desktop icon from my 'quick launch' toolbar. Done a search, but cannot find the way to replace the icon.

Any ideas guys?

If windows;

Goto Start.
Select Help and Support.

Search on "Show Desktop".
Select "Microsoft Knowledge Base".
Follow the instructions under "How to Re-create the Show Desktop Icon on Quick Launch Toolbar".

Done.

Open up notepad, paste the following into it and save it as Show Desktop.scf That is the shortcut made, save ut somewhere then drag the icon onto your quicklaunch.

[Shell]
Command=2
IconFile=explorer.exe,3
[Taskbar]
Command=ToggleDesktop
