How much oil?

IHi all, I drained my engine of oil before I removed the lump for my 'body off', now it's time to put new oil in. How much to fill a 4.2 V8?

Won't be too far short of 10L once you take into account the oil cooler, lines, filter etc.

Thought it was 6.5l

6 litres according to page 43 of the Owners Handbook.

Refill is about 7 but a fill from scratch will be more as Paul said.

Mine took just over 8.5l including oil cooler.
