How will the budget affect contractors

Ok, we know about dividends and corporation tax, but how will this new 'looking into restricting expenses' affect contractors?

Are they likely to stop hotels and travel and expenses? If so how could they police this?

What do you think will happen or change?

Easy policed because your accountant wouldnt be able to offset your tax bill with travel expenses.
