Hey guys,
Looking at an A Class on a PCP deal, im actually having a real struggle with car salesmen actually getting down to figures, it seems like im timing it all wrong because none are calling me back when I call up asking them to match an offer! In the past when looking at cars id have to play it cool and even then id get voicemails everyday telling me of new offers, etc. and when im actually looking at buying no one wants to sell! Its ridiculous!
Anyway, ive got a quote on an A Class 180 CDI Sport for £299 a month, £500 deposit and 8,000 miles pa for 48 months. Is this a good deal? It seems cheaper than anywhere else ive seen, baring in mind this is a PCP and not a PCH! I got these confused at first but have no interest in a PCH, its worth me paying a bit more every month for the flexibility.
Anything I should know about? Im not overly keen on a diesel, ive never even driven one before except an A1 1.6 which was pretty rubbish and slow!
So is this a good deal? Do I go in a bite their hand off tomorrow or play hard to get and wait until the end of the month and hope to snag a better deal then? Im not in any rush as such, I have a PCP deal right now and come the end of the month I will be making another payment which will affect the settlement figure, so that needs to be taken into account too I guess.
Thanks in advance!

There is a facelift first deliveries due in September your "deal" was likely for a car that is either physical to that dealer or is somewhere in the build process. Other dealers may not have none facelift stock that matches the specification you've been offered.
The facelift changes the standard specification so you may want to review and ask for cross comparison prices.
