Alarm System Service!

Dear All,

Assistance required.

My delightful Vantage V8 gave me a nice message today on the dash saying, Alarm System Service Required.

Has any one come across this before, if so what is required and how much did you local garage charge for the service???

Battery problem. Try charging battery over night to see if it clears message!

Cheers bud, battery has been on charge since yesterday afternoon, still no change this morning :-(

Isn't that just the generic message for when the back up battery in the siren starts to age?

See my post of a few days ago. Make sure that the replacement siren unit has a recent date on it. Mine came from AstonMartin Bits, Alistair knows all about these units
