Menu planing apps

Morning. I've been using Food Planner on Android for a while now, but their sync has become very unreliable and its getting irritating. Their recipe search is also not well integrated. I'm eyeing up Allthecooks and All Recipe's Dinner Spinner as potential replacements. Both appear to have meal planners and plan driven shopping lists, but some features I like aren't clear and I don't wish to set up accounts to test. As such, I'm hoping that some on here can advise, please! Do either have the ability to add manual list entries, i.e. for toiletries, kitchen roll etc? Do either sync across devices so my wife and I can share our list and plan?
