2014 Gti performance pack - second major failure in 2 months

My wife's GTi is back in after breaking down a second time in less than two months. Turbo failed and was replaced under warranty a few weeks back and now the DSG gearbox has failed and is being replaced tomorrow. Dealer very accommodating but experience with this car so far has not been good. Thankfully my R hasn't missed a beat so far and our Caravelle similarly has been pretty much completely reliable in 3 years of ownership. Anyone else had turbo/gearbox issues?
