Christ, that's amazing!

They need to change their law a.s.a.p.

No-one should be put in the position of being legally obliged to offer sexual services! INSANE!

Why doesn't she just get a different job if she doesn't like it, or is she happy to be living off the state?

[quote=Merchthild Garweg, a lawyer from Hamburg] "There is now nothing in the law to stop women from being sent into the sex industry,". "The new regulations say that working in the sex industry is not immoral any more, and so jobs cannot be turned down without a risk to benefits."

I wonder if this works for men as well. If the only job available is on a porn shoot would the male job seeker have to take the position

Anyway how to you prove you have the required qualifications for the job, not forgetting that the male or female attending the interview may be ugly as sin and not get the job anyway.

Easy option, then: turn up for work and perform your duties so badly that you get fired. Everyone's a winner!

I wonder if

"I've got VD" or I'm on the blob this week" would be a valid excuse?
