Just after a bit of advice,

I have the adjusters of the headlights set centrally of their total movement, and trying to get the beam pattern as close to correct as I can but i have massive gaps at the top of the cowls.

For those that have done this, how did you get the correct orientation of the lights so that the cowls fit with no gaps yet enough headlight adjustment to get the beams back right?

its one of those things, Ive been looking at it too long and its driving me mad at the moment...

It was one of the most time consuming jobs that I have done on my cerbera, I was fortunate that another member sent me a template of how they cut the cowls as a starting point to work out how much needed to be trimmed. If you would like some pictures drop me a message.

Honestly thought it was not going to take me too long, but with the hole cut I have no datum to set up the head lights. Too far over one way and the step of the light is visable, too far over the other way and I can't get the beam pattern close enough for later adjustment.

Ive looked on every thread on PH for any info and the thread that everyone keeps referring too has been removed! God knows why!

I have a lot of hair, but potentially significantly less after this escapade!
