NIP 37 in 30 already got SP50-Speed Awareness an Option

Received a NIP for 37 in a 30. I already have and SP50, what is the likelihood of being offered a speed awareness course?

I thought they were only offered for "new" offenders

I guess different counties have different rules - if you are in Cumbria perhaps you have a chance

Any force which is in the national scheme (which is all bar a couple of them these days) will take you with existing points on your licence, provided you haven't done a course in the last three years.

In 2014, I had 8 points and got offered (and attended) a speed awareness course for 41 in a 30.

Can't remember if it was Hampshire or Surrey.
