We send so little post nowadays so when we do, we stick a 1st Class stamp on it and put it in the local postbox.

We need to send out about 1,000 brochures via post, preferably 5 a day, but not sure the best way to do it? I don't fancy sending someone out to the local post office every day; as they won't fit in standard postboxes.

Any help appreciated!

We used to use franked mail, then PPI, but for such a short-term project, it is not worth looking at those as options again. The collection charge from RM makes it unviable.

1,000 items? Speak direct to Royal Mail, you'll be able to get a direct deal with them and they'll tell you the best way to do it. I post around 10 items per day, using Dispatch Manager Online, print my own labels, chuck it in a Royal Mail sack and drop off at the Post Office. If you send enough items, they'll send a van round to collect from you.
