Fitting i9000 Parrot kit.

I have a Parrot i9000 from my previous car that I'd like to fit to my 07 987.
I have the PCM head unit, but I'd likethe Parrot because of its bluetooth and sd card slot so I can play my music.
Has anyone had any experience of fitting this kit using an Autoleads SOT 921 adapter kit?
From what I have seen, it appears to fit to the amp behind the warning triangle rather than directly interfacing between radio and loom.
