Im not sure if anyone is up on Google+ (business)
When you search for a business some will come up with information below with further information.
I was wondering if someone was in the know of how to add this.
As an example searching Pistonheads on google you have the main link then followed by subsections - Used Cars, Gassing Station etc -

I believe that's picked up and constructed from the sitemap file that should be on your website.

ETA - if the file is missing, it looks like Google just goes ahead and builds a list of links anyway. It helps to have the right information in the right meta-data tags in your page headers.

Not many pages to the website, Its just i wasn't sure if it was as easy as just adding sections in my
Google+ profile.

Unless it has changed recently - you can't get this to appear, it is a Google decision - you are limited to an ability to demote options if you don't want them showing...
bascially - get popular with Google - clear sections to the website - clarity on what each page is for will all help
